Dr. and Ratkowski, as friendly and helpful, while Dr. Zenker is a failure. The Lord has no idea about culture and respect for others. He negates the words spoken by someone, and it is probably the owner of the animal who knows best what he was doing, not the honorable doctor. At the end he added "I will believe you" - I don't know how to tell a stranger this way. I have not always had a good opinion about him, but we gave him a chance because he is probably the only veterinarian specializing in ophthalmology in this city. Unfortunately, failure again. I do not recommend this gentleman, it's worth even looking for help in another city because the price will come out similarly :)
