I gave the jacket away for washing. I asked when it would be available for collection. The lady said that the next day at the same time as I was putting into washing. The next day I went later than it was supposed to be ready. Of course, the jacket was not ready for collection. When she asked, then, when can I come, the Lady shrugged her shoulders and said that today but she does not know what time. No professionalism, not to mention the lack of respect for time. I won't use this laundry anymore.

The laundry room works really well and so far that's enough for me. Staff knows what it's doing

All in all, I'm happy with the suit washed. It looks great, it is refreshed, it could be picked up on the next day. For this price it is really great.

I paid a fortune (over PLN 100) for washing my suit and shirt. The shirt was rough, a big yellow stain on the sleeve. Of course, I only noticed at home, because who would check if everything was washed before the checkout. I had to take the shirts to another laundry (not chain store), where the stain came off without a problem for half the price. It was the first and last time, I do not recommend it!
