I do not recommend. Lack of competence of the saleswoman exceeded my wildest expectations. I gave the coat for washing, a dress and a jacket were added to my receipt. On delivery, I asked the lady why the receipt was so filled ... She replied that the coat is two-piece and these have procedures where the first time I paid normally as for a coat. In this way, I paid twice for washing a standard coat. In addition, during the conversation I showed you the spots you want to get rid of, advised me on special washing, so I took this special cleaning for an additional fee with an exact indication of the spots that are going to disappear. Unfortunately, none of these spots was removed, in addition, the coat was damaged. There was a lot of pilling and a detached pagon. I will definitely not trust this company anymore.

I am satisfied with the service. The ladies who served me were kindly. Heavily soiled jacket has been well cleaned. The second thing I had to complain about, but there was no problem with that. The only negative was the long waiting time (together with a complaint of almost 2 weeks). Overall, I recommend.

Ladies, very surly and unpleasant. I carried the dress in the pleats for ironing, I politely asked if it was possible to do this service. The lady gratefully answered that she was not answering. I was interested in the time, so I said that okay, I will leave the dress on my own responsibility and see what happens (you claimed that the pleats are stretched). The lady continued to keep in mind that this can not be ironed but I can leave it at my own risk. I have said 5 times that I WANT TO LEAVE THE DRESS ON YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY AND IF IT IS DIFFICULT THEREFORE. and then Mrs. continued in a very rude manner and in an unpleasant tone, she said THIS IS NOT SUITABLE OR LOOKING OUT. so I took a dress for another laundry, service done with a smile, perfectly and definitely cheaper than in 5asec. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
