What an amazing place! I visited the shop to get a booking for making own gingerbread, get a bit of history etc. Unfortunately there was no appointments as there was a long weekend and all three tutors were off. Good for them. So I spoke with the lady at the shop so I might actually buy some hand made gingerbreads. She's extremely welcoming, caring and passionate. We had a chat for a good 15 mins, you could feel the passion, the spirit and love in there as well as to smell all the flavours. I really felt like it not a commercial place like the others around. It has something special.. I left the shop with a bag of different kinds of (gingerbread)treats which tasted delicious. Especially mocno korzenne - the very aromatic ones... mmmmm.
