Our beloved office claims that cars that were purchased before December 31, 2020 and have not been converted, a penalty will be imposed, new law entered from January 1, 2021, time has returned 30 days to do so, cars that were purchased before December 31, 2020 still have a deadline of 180 days from the Date purchase (I called the offices in Siedlce, Warsaw Wołomin to inquire about the same, each of these offices said that it was 180 days if it was bought before December 31, 2020) so I advise you not to give up their talk about any punishment :)

Powerful bureaucracy sometimes you have to lose even 2 hours because one person serves it, but it will get away in the crowd because there is no choice anyway
