A company worth recommending. Everything done on time. The lady owner is a very nice and competent person. I highly recommend.
Very bad service. The lady who runs the office insults and screams at clients. He interferes with the conversation during the service by the other lady who works there. When calling the office about finding out what to do when you have a problem with choosing a piece of paper, you don't get an answer, only someone tears at me and insults. Not everyone is so smart and knowing everything like this old lady. I am glad that I have already chosen papers from this office and I will have nothing to do with them.
I am pleasantly surprised by the professional service of the CZIMAD Travel Agency. Nice, comprehensive and extremely efficient service. Model for other offices! I recommend the undecided.
And as for comments like 'screaming lady', 'lack of competence', I think that these are comments of people who have confused offices or are comments from competitors ....
