I do not recommend, whose side there are employees for, not people.

The operation and service of the Communication Department in Hrubieszów is embarrassing, the number system does not work as it should already at 7.36 there are no numbers or we will do nothing. Officials print these numbers themselves and arrange a queue with friends. Besides, the employees of this office are one great clan of family and friends. Zero empathy towards the applicant, moreover, until recently in the office on the wall ceremonially hung a calendar with a naked woman but already removed because maybe someone noticed not mentioning how employees at the desks still eat and drink something as in a canteen of some sort. Shock and drama normally only those elderly people regret every so many hours they must spend in this pseudo-office, who saw this knows. I hope that someday it will change as the current staff spills out because what is happening is a drama there is nothing more.

Already one visit, previous without numbers, time to settle the matter up to 2 h but no order, now a visit a few days ago the matter settled in 1.5 hours and virtually no unnecessary standing in queue after a number, it is better but 5 stars too little,

Horror ... it's best to pitch a tent in the park and stay in front of the office to get something done 🙄 this number system is a failure!
