The rectory of the parish of st. Nicholas in Hrubieszów. The building was erected in the first half of the 18th century in the late baroque style, rebuilt at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Aleksander Głowacki was born at the presbytery on August 20, 1847, working under the pseudonym Bolesław Prus. This event is commemorated by a commemorative plaque on the front elevation, funded in 1967 by the inhabitants of the Hrubieszów region.

Unfortunately, it was closed as it was. The house of Bolesław Prus, currently the office of St. Nicholas in Hrubieszów, you can see the well-kept area and the façade renovated

Unfortunately, it was closed when I was nearby, but it pleased the eye that the whole area is so well-kept and renovated.
