We came with a dog who was in a bad condition very weak, we asked for a strengthening drip because on Sunday we could not go to the vet with whom the dog was previously treated. We were denied because of the lack of insight into the history of treatment. We asked for the usual standard booster, because the dog was very weak, gentlemen turned out that they did not know that this and that ... ... obviously after the fact that we said that the dog was treated by the competition. My impression of this situation ..... the health of the pet is important, not to help the competition. Terrible experience, and it's not the first time I met this cabinet with a lack of competence and simple empathy. Gentlemen, the doctors in this office pretend to know everything, treating them "by eye".
