Complaints in this store are a mockery. From the very beginning they make it clear that the defect of the product was caused by the user's fault, and the lady who works there, without seeing the defect, can tell what was the cause. My complaint has been considered for 10 months and we cannot see the end. I do not recommend

Large selection of low prices professional service
Bel-Pol is a great company in every respect: changing the apartment, Mariola offered me a replacement of the floor with modern panels resistant to abrasion, while helping to choose the pattern and color for freshly made "wood-like" terracotta in the kitchen. Thanks to Mariola, everything fits perfectly, and at the same time I liked it very much (an additional plus is the fact that the company cleaned up after itself). In half a year I ordered external doors from the same company. Fitters were not afraid of the fact that the door opening had to be widened by 10 cm. They did the job in a flash. I recommend Bel-Pol!
