I do not recommend the NOVET clinic if you care about the health of your pet. In our case, an incorrect diagnosis of pancreatitis without basic biochemical tests that could confirm this hypothesis, and only on the basis of ultrasound and morphology is the so-called "school error" (yes, we are smarter now). Daily treatment for a week and spraying the dog with morphine without any effect. I would like to point out that every day a different lady vet saw us, which made it impossible to obtain information about the condition of the dog, prognosis, improvement or deterioration of health. When the dog's condition deteriorated, the dog got weaker, the lady suggested a visit date the next day ... I understand that not everyone is sensitive, but working in the veterinary clinic, we counted on a bit of willingness to help, because we could not watch the pooch suffering ... of the above mentioned biochemical tests in another clinic (because we were admitted there faster than to NOVET - the clinic that has been running our pooch for a week), it turned out that the pancreas is not the problem in this case, but kidney failure ... To sum up, I would never go there again, it's a pity nerves, money and, above all, animal health ...
