I have had Louis Aqua for over 2 years. So far, the weakest point has turned out to be Vermiculite, which cracked and crumbled very quickly. in addition, the grate has partially burned out. The producer refused to send me the drawings for Vermiculite. I made fireclay in another company that produces fireplaces. A fairly good product, but you have to negotiate additional grates and Vermiculite, or wait for the company to develop and start buying durable fireclay inserts from subcontractors.

I have Aqua Luis and after two years (after the warranty) the valves come off. Bubel. Don't buy this product. Zero after-warranty support. I had a fireplace with a water jacket for wood and it lasted 11 years and this one has to be dismantled.

I bought a fireplace from this company. I am very pleased. I had 1 warranty repair, which went very smoothly. Service on the fireplace department for 5+, but service on the other departments of this company on 1. I wanted to buy a spinning pan Mr. waving my hand where they are and went. However, buying pellets is already an exaggeration. I bought 150kg and I would add that there were 3 of them told me to pack the pellets into the car. When I asked if he could help me because I have problems with my hand they said that they are not from it. The situation repeated three times. Even in large DIY stores, I have not encountered such terrible customer service. I will gladly buy a grill from this company in the future, while the rest of the construction equipment I will buy elsewhere. It's good that I didn't start with building because in my life I wouldn't have bought a fireplace there.
