Roman Catholic church Sacred Heart of Jesus is a showcase of the town of Trzebicz, which is located in the Lubuska region. The historical records of the church date back to the 19th century. For me, this place is close because I was born in Trzebicz, as these lands were granted to Poland. After several dozen years I went from Trzebicz on a life route that guided me. The church in Trzebicz is covered with a gable roof, built on a rectangular plan, with an apse and a four-storey tower, covered with a helmet. Inside, the church has a neo-Gothic interior, including galleries based on wooden poles. The original equipment in the church are pews from the turn of the century, and the organ prospectus and manual from the beginning of the 20th century are still open. The church has been the seat of the parish since 1951. The wooden elements of the church were renovated in 2008-2011. The tower clock was launched with great commitment in 2012. I remember very young and warmly the youngest period of my life, which is closely connected with the parish and the church. As altar servers with my colleagues, in the carelessness of the priest, we tried lightly the wine, and the priest said; Again those Angels were thirsty because the wine was gone a little bit, and the eye looked at the altar servers, and we pretended to be innocents. Or the altar boys serving the mass were so busy with themselves and weaponry that they forgot how to answer the ministry during the mass, and Latin was obligatory. Sometimes, during the mass, we also watched as on lovely historic organs, the charming organist played to the mass, and the young men gently advocated, and she was confused by the melodies, until the priest turned his head and smiled slightly while celebrating the mass. There were situations that during catechesis young bullies behaved loudly and the Sister conducting catechesis roared at us, and we bullied even pretending to be humble innocents. There were also parish meetings at the church, and there were meals on the benches, the Pastor, Sisters and Parishioners feasted together, raised toasts, and a family parish mood was maintained. Memories are nice, charming and nice, and these memories are a lot of youth. The church is famous not only as a monument but also for very interesting events and transformations from parish life. When I visit the Roman Catholic Church Sacred Heart of Jesus in Trzebicz I plunge into memories and prayer.
