2.5 years ago I bought a duvet and two pillows from the VIP collection. After this time, the pillows are soft and elastic, the down does not clump. The stitching in the quilt nicely keeps the feathers in place, evenly distributed. The pillowcases are of very good quality and despite the passage of time I do not see any signs of use on them. The feathers do not run away from the sheets. The duvet is extremely warm and light. I can't imagine sleeping in a different bedding. After these pillows I do not get up with a broken neck, I sleep perfectly. The gentleman who called me back on the phone was extremely polite and patiently answered my every question, great customer service. It is nice to buy such products in a Polish company, and even with Polish down, in such excellent quality. I recommend it without hesitating!
