The queues are long and one customer service takes 30 minutes or longer. I'm already picking up my registration certificate again and it looks like I won't be picking it up again. I have been waiting for an hour, when I arrived there were 5 people in front of me, after an hour there are four ... And there are two people there, apparently ... They should hang a note on the door saying that in order to do something here, you should take a day off. A tragedy, hopefully it will be as rare as possible!
