5 stars, but for specific places in the hospital, that is: - laboratories and ladies who take blood - they know their stuff, from the youngest to the oldest patient, helpful and patient - paramedics on the barrage on 5 - the midwives in the gynecological ward are angels. As for the doctor, I can say about one thing, Dr. K **** s - failure on the whole line. The guest does not know why he heals, he is in the job as punishment, rude to patients and midwives. The only thing that comes to mind about him are the epithets themselves. Surprised that someone dares to come to the hospital in the evening. The title of obstetrician gynecologist is disgraceful, it is not suitable for working with women. I advise against. - and the ladies from the medical shop are always nice and professional.

I had to use the services of the Healthcare Team in Bolesławiec at Jeleniogórska Street. I can state categorically that it was a very educational visit. I had the opportunity to appreciate the skill of the person responsible for logistics in the area of the Team. I suspect that this person graduated from several faculties in this area, and it proves that the solution used best proves it. Namely: the entrance with gates is from ul. Jeleniogórska and there is no problem to reach the parking lot at the Laboratory behind the Health Center Pharmacy at the other end of the square. And now: after settling the matter, go to the entrance from the shoe and pay there because the exit is only on ul. Ślusarska. At the time of entry, you cannot pay because it is difficult to determine the time needed to settle matters. And what's not brilliant? . For the hell, install an automatic cash register at the exit, as in other more civilized parking lots in Poland, if you can at the entrance. Yours faithfully and with a half-mouth PATIENT smile

Hello. This is a drama. For over a week I have been trying to call the Laboratory regarding the covid-19 test result, of course no one is answering, not even a signal ... Sample taken in Środa Śląska 28/10/20, no result to date. The quarantine is ending and the result is missing ... Calls made literally everywhere, even to a specialist for patient rights, who gave the information that you have to wait up to 10 days for the result because they do not make ... while taking the result, I received information that up to 5 days ... and today is the 10th day ... What information did I get from the GP? To get the result, do not move anywhere, stay in isolation .. Why do you set up your collection points, if you know that you are not making ... People in Wrocław wait up to 5 days ...

Inability to call for covid 19 results, no information whatsoever, the line is busy all the time as if some ram left the receiver on and you can't call it at all, it is a disgrace to the patient. The sample was taken on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 is 02/11/2020 and I still do not have the results, it is a circus, not a hospital, I regret that I did tests there, we could do the tests with my wife in Wrocław 2 to 3 days, waiting for the result And this is some a joke not an institution. This is some kind of mockery. I am waiting for the sixth day to receive the Covid result. I had the symptoms of the infection in books, so I was put into quarantine. On the other hand, people who have had direct contact with me due to the lack of my result still function normally and can infect others. Now let's multiply my case by the number of people in a similar situation. It is already possible to deduce where so many infections come from. BRAWO ZOZ Bolesławiec. EDIT: Positive result 11 days after swab collection !!!
