Very bad smell from the bathroom. The bathroom is not clean - a good floor on the wall and floor joints, and there is not enough room to put out the toiletries (we kept them in the room on the desk). Large room. Bed linen clean but a big minus for the lack of wardrobe, dressers with shelves or drawers - for 4 people in the room there was only one double wardrobe for hanging clothes. We kept our clothes in our suitcases throughout the stay. A big plus for a friendly staff. Breakfast good but not varied. The garden was neglected, the grass was not mowed so there was no way to use it. I will not come back here again because you can have better conditions just next to Willa Alina for a slightly higher price.

Triple room booked by phone. I paid 30% in advance. When booking, I pointed out that the room should be with a balcony. Upon arrival in Arizona, it turned out that the room is yes, but a small double. The lady at the reception didn't know what to do. After calling the owner or manager of the guesthouse, we were told that there was no problem to get a third bed into the room. But to do this you need to put up a wardrobe and table and two chairs. The lady did not see any problem although after putting the bed it would not be possible to open the front door - I would add that the room was about 2m maybe 2.30 m wide, maybe 3.5 m long. Room price 250 PLN per night. We gave up the room, we would not even have a place to put a suitcase. We were told that we could not count on a refund - after all, we did not rent this room because of our fault !!! The owner was very cheeky on the phone, we had the impression that she was trying to intimidate us. The word sorry is probably not in this lady's dictionary. We informed them by e-mail that we would refer the case to the court and the chamber of tourism. After a week the advance was returned to us. I advise against !!!

Everything as it should be at the highest level and at an attractive price. I would highly recommend!

Villa tries a very bad smell from the toilet to get settled elsewhere. The only plus is nice ladies at the reception.

Not bad. Clean and tidy. Spacious, but it can get quite cold. Nice parking lot. Quiet and peaceful, close to the center.
