I was informed that one of the items I ordered is not in stock and despite having given my account number twice, I still cannot see the money. On December 9, I received an order, which also did not contain another item and I still did not receive a reply to the e-mail
The service was very nice and friendly. I ordered several times and there was no problem. It has been waiting a bit longer lately, but the store has a large assortment of decorations and floristry, so I fully understand that there may be a delay during the holiday season.
I recommend to everyone :)
Complete lack of response from the Seller. I tried to contact me in all possible ways.
My order has not arrived after 3 weeks. I couldn't even ask for a tracking number.
I am very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

I do not recommend. I wanted fast shipping. How beautiful it sounds in their terms of service .... Can't be contacted. Deaf phone. Mockery of the client. Never again.
