I don't know where so many negatives come from. I have been using various clinics of this hospital for many years. At first, when I did my first colonoscopy, I am sure that this examination, and then more, saved me from colon cancer. The studio was sympathetic and expert to me throughout all these years of checkups, so I even liked the staff. I have performed CT and MRI examinations several times and each time without any problems, both at the registration stage and during the examination. I have always been kind and expertly treated. I am now under the care of the Neurosurgery Clinic and everything is done in a nice and matter-of-fact way. There are no problems with making calls and making an appointment. I would like to add that in all situations the Registrars remembered me and when the deadline was falling, they immediately called me proposing an earlier visit. So the information workflow in SCM works fine after all. Currently, I am a patient of the Ophthalmology Clinic where Dr. Knakiewicz, a nice person, saves the remnants of vision in my eye, which happened thanks to other ignorant so-called specialists who could not recognize it. I am impressed with the knowledge of Dr. Knakiewicz and her friendly approach to the patient. These are all my, maybe subjective opinions, but I just like this hospital and I am always well treated there. Maybe you just need to be nice and polite to doctors, not to be so-called annoying, demanding patient .....

The hospital in Polanica is one great example of pathology in the Polish health service ... Some doctors should work in Zus at most. A father with a malignant tumor is sent from the clinic to the clinic, the registration confirms the appointment dates other than the actual one. today my father was treated as an object by the oncologist, the visit to the clinic lasted maybe 2 minutes, he only found out that this oncologist would not advise him because he was different (Dr. Bartosz W. - oncologist surgeon). Perhaps a visit to another oncologist next week. He did not receive an oncology card despite 4 visits to the clinic and 5 days to the ward. Zero information flow in the hospital. After a month of diagnosis, he still doesn't know anything about the treatment that awaits him, if he gets to wait at all ... Why do people pay premiums all their lives? To die later because they won't get treatment? And such a picture for this

Respect the Medic! I would like to share my reflection on the operation of the SRD, because the topic is especially important now. It so happened that I was watching it from the inside and I wanted to ask for patience. The number of patients at HED is huge, and there are few doctors and nurses. In addition, procedures and paperwork pile up for each Patient, and computer systems, just like everywhere else, can be unreliable. However, I had the impression that the Medical Staff was doing everything they could to cover this whole mess. From the outside, it may appear that they are acting sluggishly, that they disregard patients. But I saw there a great logistics that works wonders. If you are standing on your feet, you have to wait, because they just brought someone behind the wall who is fighting for their life, and now they need a Doctor. If you wait 15-20 minutes, don't start complaining or calling them names, it won't help. If you wait a few hours and nothing bad is happening to you, except that you are uncomfortable and bored, i.e. someone made the right decision and took care of the patient who could not wait so long. And if you have already been accepted and you have the impression that no one is taking care of you, notice that the Doctor who just flashed through the room looked at the monitor to which they connected you and in a moment, although he did not have time to explain anything to you, they will bring you the appropriate drip or medication . This doctor controlled the situation of many patients in a short time and nevertheless adapted the treatment that was right for you. A visit to the HED is not a visit to a family doctor or a specialist! It's all about quick help to get you back to working order and take care of yourself. For my part, I would like to thank SOR Polanica Zdrój for how bravely they are fighting the whole situation. The combination of medical knowledge and logistic skills at a great level make many people stand on their feet and although they shout out loud with dissatisfaction when it was bad for them, they go home on their own, thanks to you. I'm impressed!

If you managed to call for surgery or another specialist, start playing lottery. The woman who registered was very unpleasant, when I said that I had been trying to get through for a week, she said that she was not there to answer the phone only, that I could send an e-mail, I said that I sent it, and she "I didn't get anything." the impression that they are working there as a punishment. As for the sore, I have a good opinion because in half an hour less they dressed, x-rayed and sewn. Even though there is a covid pandemic 19. I will have to go in person to register.
