Scandal, drama. For about 45 minutes, despite attempts to reach the hospital night and holiday emergency department, it is impossible! In such a situation, after consulting the doctor, e-visits which he recommended for my symptoms. Scandal. What if I follow the doctor's recommendation, call an ambulance !! People call an ambulance suspecting covid19 and it turns out that it is not? Put yourself in my shoes !! What to do!!! ???

It is 5.30 pm. I am calling to register with a specialist doctor. The voice from the machine informs that registration takes place between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., then the end of the call. The situation repeats itself 3 times in a row. I do not understand :( Someone shortens the working time? It would be worth checking through the "top" !!!

I use an allergy clinic. We go on desensitization every 4-6 weeks. This is a very important date because of the continuity of treatment. I was desensitized in September, the next date was in 6 weeks. The visit was canceled. In the meantime I had appointments and cancellations 2 times until December I was able to get to the doctor. By neglecting my patients and inefficiency in managing the facility director, I start treatment from the beginning. I have to go to visit every week. Earlier, the son was treated privately for 2 years and here in the hospital for a year. Imagine that the lack of a nurse or doctor could block the operation of the clinic. Are there no doctors and nurses to substitute? Scandal!!! Madam Director, please don't make guinea pigs out of people. 1 star only thanks to the wonderful doctor and nurse. Otherwise I wouldn't even give one.

SOR - an unpleasant lady in the registration, who answered a polite question - "now I look at the keyboard". At the referral the oncologist wrote CITO! And you for it - But these people are also waiting (unfortunately they didn't have CITO written). the couch, because she suffered from pain ... And a little empathy was enough ... But patients have no alternative ... there is only one ER in Oława .... Sad and sad ...

Stay at the ENT department. I personally have no objections. Clean (lady every morning washes the floors, sinks and cabinets in the room very thoroughly, there is no unpleasant smell) in the ward a nice and helpful team of nurses. Doctor informing about the planned course of the procedure. A huge plus, that the hospital is located in a quiet part of the city - you can sleep with the window open. Food for a hospital in Poland quite reasonable - most importantly, everything is fresh (you know, it's good to have fruit, water in stock). As for the condition and financing of public health care, I received very good medical assistance. In Wroclaw I was offered terms for 2-3 years, in Oława half a year of waiting. I don't know about SOR or clinic, I haven't had contact. What is even more important - a large free parking lot.
