The lady in the window (owner) is terribly unpleasant woman !!! It makes it difficult to get anything done. In the third trimester of pregnancy, she refused me further visits to Dr. Rusin, who was leading my pregnancy !!! because this doctor enjoyed a lot of patients and there were few people willing to go to the other doctor. She refused to give my mother my research results "because of GDPR". In general, this woman is trying to make life difficult for people. Women go to this clinic only because it is a terrible lime when it comes to the gynecologist at the National Health Fund in our city and here is the gynecologist at the National Health Fund and the ultrasound in the office.

The lady in the window is so unfriendly and rude that she scares away and disgust with her behavior I do not recommend and I advise against all visits to this place. Lady is acting as the owner and behaves like a cleaner from the PRL.

Arrogant and unpleasant service. On the window, information about cooperation with the LUXMED group, however, due to the malice of the receptionist, the visit turned out to be impossible. This lady visually assessed the state of health, including body temperature, then despite the lack of queues to the internist who was on the spot, maliciously proposed a date in a few days or a private visit. Even if such an attitude was justified by some formal reasons, which I do not believe, it should be explained to the patient for what reasons this is done. However, we were insinuated attempting to force a visit only for an attempt to obtain a sick leave. I strongly do not recommend people of bad will :(
