Whenever I download documents from the Starosty in Opoczno, I am very pleasantly surprised by the service. Contrary to Tomaszów Maz, I receive the documents "on the spot" and I don't have to wait a week for them.

One star only because the ladies who work here are very nice. Why do I rate this place so low? Therefore, because there is a very strange system of dealing with matters here, you need a lot of time and patience to get things done in the communication department. There are very large queues and they are made by the system that prevails here ... namely to re-register the vehicle, one day must come here with the necessary documents, etc. and submit an application (this application is not even hammered into the system immediately, but put aside together with license plates etc.) it takes place right in the entrance without a computer etc ... that day I waited almost 3 hours in the queue. The next day I got a phone call for which thank you very much because it was plus that someone called me and informed me that I could come to get the plates and temporary proof. I THINK THAT IT SHOULD TAKE PLACE THE SAME DAY when submitting the application and returning the license plates, so there would not be so many queues. I am writing this negative opinion because I hope that the person in charge of the management and the system here will take it into account and do something about it. I understand that we live in times with a virus and restrictions, etc. But because of the fact that the Lord immediately submits the application and returns the plates, they do not immediately give new plates and provisional proof of the vehicle, WE citizens are more exposed to virus infection because the next day, as it was in my case, we have to plead for collection and normally this should have been done on the same day not to mention wasting our time waiting and queuing. I think that is so much when it comes to my observation about this place and I put a big plus in the nice service of the ladies who are really nice and thank you for that.
