The rugs after washing look like on the day of purchase, and I would like to add that I had them at home for about 5 years and have never been washed before. One of them was the favorite resting place of my big, everlasting dog, and after washing it you can't see or feel it. The couch also regained its former color and now looks like it used to be. The gentleman performing the service is very nice, with a super positive approach to his work and people. I wish there were more such professionals. I definitely recommend it 😊
