Built in 1886 thanks to, among others to the local Schneider family. Her dedication took place on October 25, 1887. After World War II, the chapel came under the protection of the city. In 1986, the chapel was renovated. In 2013, the chapel underwent a general renovation, where, among others, electronic activation of the bell on the tower. Currently, it serves all residents of Kluczbork as a funeral chapel.
