It is very good that Father Tomasz is no more. I'll start going to church

The first church in Biskupice near Byczyna was established as an evangelical church around 1567. The current wooden church of St. John the Baptist is a Roman Catholic filial church, built in place of an earlier, destroyed temple in the seventeenth century, more precisely in 1626. The tower of the church in Biskupice was built in 1776. It is an orientated temple with a skeleton tower, covered with a tent roof. The rectangular nave of the church is wider than the presbytery, a porch of a skeleton-column structure with a lodge bed on the first floor was erected next to it. The roofs over the nave and the presbytery are saddled with shingles. The church of St. John the Baptist in Biskupice. The rainbow beam features a crucifix from the 17th century and an inscription commemorating the construction. The late-Baroque high altar conceals the statues of God the Father, Moses and Saint. John the Baptist, coat of arms cartouches are also visible here. The pulpit represents the late Renaissance style, and the church pews are antique.

Nice charming church inside.

As in the church, but donations for renovation are useful for this church

A small, cozy church. Perfect for prayer, reflection and reflection.
