Unfortunately, I am not satisfied. I ordered 4 radiator mats, paid for 4, and got 1. When I called, I heard that someone was wrong. The complaint was accepted, informing me that I would get the mats in a week. When calling again on the second day (no one was answering the phone that day, although it was 2:30 PM), I also asked for the option of buying one item and changing the pattern, because the colors were quite different from the pictorial photo. The lady who answered the phone said she would ask for production. Unfortunately, she did not turn off the microphone on the phone and I listened to your attitude towards me and my order. The second lady in the office also said that the mats are ready and the courier takes them. By passing this information to me, I informed the Lady that the microphone on the phone was not turned off and that I heard everything (there was silence!). I asked to contact the Boss. I was assured that the boss would call me back by the hour. Unfortunately, no one called back, and what's better, no one answered any more phone calls from me, and the calls to you were rejected after many of my attempts. I got the mats, but unfortunately a few days later (when I asked to change the pattern, they were not yet made). It's a pity, I preferred to lose my money for one item rather than 4 because the actual colors do not fit me anywhere.

Unfortunately, a profession. I ordered a 4.70 * 2.65 photo wallpaper. The mural came in four large, rolled up panels, obviously NOT NUMBERED. After sticking the two, it turned out that the third piece is 0.5 cm shorter than the top of the pattern !!! I called right away before sticking the 3 piece. The lady had a photo taken. Only to do it, I had to stick the third roll. I sent pictures with a description of the situation and got a reply that: CLAIM and return will not be accepted if the product has been cut, installed or used in any other way. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE IF THE BUYER INSTALLS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. Summing up, they admit that the product is defective but are not responsible for it. Only how the customer can know that any of the next pieces, the top of the pattern will be badly cut. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, UNFAILED SELLER, LATER NO POSSIBILITY TO CALL UPON, PHONE CALLS BE SILENT. A complete disappointment, a pretty website on the internet is not everything. NO FEEDBACK ON FACEBOOK. I WONDER WHY ?????
