A tragedy and so much I do not recommend a bunch of scammers and crooks over a month of waiting for the date of arrival and installing external roller shutters on the day of the agreed date and time I receive a phone call 10 minutes before the planned arrival of tapestries (because there is no way to name them) that unfortunately the team will not come to you because most people are on vacation it was impossible to call a day or two sooner that, unfortunately, the date will be postponed because something is only 10 minutes ahead of time because people have no other things to do, just wait for the kind guests to come or call that they will not come there is no reputable company for seven pains !!!! In a word, I do not recommend it to anyone !!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND A lady who, in a telephone conversation, drew my attention to an unprofessional contract that also questioned the services and the product itself, said that "there are only problems with me." I protested because it was my first conversation with this lady (my wife had dealt with the topic from the beginning) and I heard "I know because my friend told me that." I had the pleasure to talk to my "friend" once, because I accompanied my wife in choosing products and materials. Until now, I considered this meeting as substantive and fruitful, but apparently my detailed questions and objections are out of place in this company. After all, a normal customer is one who takes the product as it goes, does not argue and does not negotiate with the seller. Sooner, my interlocutor (I regret that I did not ask for a name and position because maybe I had pleasure with someone highly empowered in the organization) informed me that there was no compulsion to buy in their company and the contracts are the same for everyone, i.e. 1. There was a handwritten date on the printout (with a pen overwritten with a document). I asked for editing. 2. The value of the order described in paragraph 4 was not precise because it did not say that it included the cost of assembly described in paragraph 3. I asked for more details. 3. The contract stated that I am a VAT payer and I am not. I asked to delete. 4. Provided in the contract by the dates of window measurements and the price list were not reflected in any attachments to the contract with dimensions and prices. I have not had time to make a request. 5. Lack of any information in the contract on the methods and scope of personal data processing in connection with the performance of the contract. The same is with data storage or information on the right to anonymization or deletion of my data. I did not have time to warn against the consequences of the GDPR. In addition, the technician who visited us to measure the windows did not have any protective measures in relation to COVID. It is true that he is very nice and obliging, but he has what the company has equipped him with - that is, NOTHING. Finally, I would like to thank both ladies for saving me from any further inconveniences related to the installation of roller shutters or complaints if they arose. I can already see and feel how I would be treated with my wife without the possibility of saying GOOD BYE. P.S. However, the star for the technician - I greet the Lord.
