The Zdrojowa Góra Forest Inspectorate was created in 1946 from part of the forests of the Dobrzyca Forest Inspectorate and part of the municipal forests of the City of Piła, since 1972 the forests of the Skórka Forest Inspectorate were also added. Thus, it covers forests located north of Piła, characterized by postglacial land relief with numerous springs flowing from the slopes of the hills.
In the back office of the headquarters of the Zdrojowa Góra Forest District at Aleja Poznańska 126 in Piła, the "Zdrojowa Góra" Nature and Forest Education Center was established in 2004. There is a path with educational boards and a lecture hall with extensive teaching equipment.
Place located in the woods at the entrance to the city, but this is not the most important thing.
