It is hard to pick up the phone, I thought they were not up to date and then I called again, the lady responded immediately and explained the matter by calling the facility. It turned out that the clinic did not have any idea what clinics they have.

Service on stand 2 embarrassing. The old lady, who has not yet liberated herself from the communist times, cannot read her own prints with understanding. She acts as if she was sitting there as a punishment. These are not the times, I think it's time for the young. My second approach, position no. 3, nice, polite, just like you should serve a customer, but the same position no. 2 interferes with the conversation at the position where I'm talking too loud and it bothers her. This lady should probably already think about retirement, because this job apparently tires her and stresses her.
