The first town hall in Opalenica was built in the 17th century from wood and was located in the center of the present market square. It was demolished in 1884. The existing town hall was built in 1897 of brick in an eclectic style, on the plot next to the market square. The two-storey building has a rectangular plan, with a gable roof with a decorative turret in the center. In front of the town hall there is a monument in honor of the Greater Poland Insurgents. - The first town hall in Opalenica was built in the 17th century from wood and was located in the middle of the current market. The level of service is even very good :) it pleases the eye that the staff are young and finally there are no former retirees. Mayor - a big plus ... for very good contact with the inhabitants. Generally, not writing about the minor cons (these must be) very good - :)
