I am very pleased with the cooperation with kuprolety.pl. Wooden blinds ordered by me are very aesthetically and solidly made. The set includes all the elements necessary for assembly. What is very important to me, the manufacturer offers the possibility of non-invasive assembly to the window frame. Standard lead time and delivery, approximately 2 weeks. RECOMMEND.

Customer service is a poor joke. The rolomata that I ordered came really quickly, but with a length of 150, not 115 cm, and half cut straight, and at half diagonally (the lower edge of the blind moved almost 4 cm in relation to the upper), which blinds cannot be rolled up evenly. I sent an e-mail with photos, after three weeks I answered. The service lady said that this difference in length is "probably not a problem" (hmm, in total this is a problem, because the rolomata is quite thick by itself, and because of this additional 35 cm it is difficult to roll it completely, because it does not fit on roll), but sent a link to the complaint form due to a curved crop. So I sent the form, I sent the pictures, convinced that the matter was obvious, then I got the answer that the complaint was rejected because the roll-up machines are cut manually and there may be "slight difficulty" with their rolling .... I do not know who and what in such he cuts them, because with the help of ordinary scissors and a ruler at home, I wouldn't be able to do it so crookedly. Just as I wonder, from what perspective a few centimeters more hanging on one side is a "minor problem". I gave it up, because with all the renovation confusion I wasted time and energy, but I do not recommend. Second star only for very pleasant material from which the rolomata is made.

A good producer of blinds! I would put it in three words. I assess the quality of the offered product that I ordered very well, very good workmanship, a large assortment of materials, a friendly website where I placed the order and if I wanted to ask something by phone there was no problem. I hope more of Polish producers in that nice product ordered under the individual order.
