Osobiście nie polecam. Pomimo zgłoszonej bezpośrednio po realizacji ponad pół roku temu (!!!) reklamacji, do dziś nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi. Gwarancja zatem kończy się w dniu dokonania płatności. Jakość usług również pozostawia wiele do życzenia, choć przede wszystkim podejście do klienta jest niespotykane.
A lot of choice, but with the help of the service it happens differently, it depends on who you get. Every time I was there, I didn't have internet on my phone, so I couldn't send photos, I lost coverage. And not only me.
I highly recommend the Heban store. Nice and competent service. Purchased goods installed cleanly as expected. Prices for big + for the client. A wide selection of doors and panels. I heartily recommend.
None of the employees came to ask what I was looking for. Wandering the alleys, I did not find what I was looking for.
Total chaos when it comes to service, the lady takes the prices of wood from the ceiling, I bought the board 18, the lady counted as 20 because it is on the sheet and the man who was at the boards said it was 18 and he had a different price on the sheet. The material when it comes to wood is terribly low quality, there is a large selection but no prices, and if you want to choose something, it is mostly curve or badly worn. To find out something, you must first hunt the seller.
