For several years now, I have been trying to get permission to put any object on my plot. Originally it was a Dutch house with an area of 30 m2, since I did not obtain permission, I tried to report the intention to erect a summer house with an area of ​​up to 35 m2 on the same plot, unfortunately official concrete torpedoed my plans. All consents from the commune are, unfortunately, in the Starosty, logs are thrown at the feet of the applicants. Perhaps if any grace for the official was appropriate, the consent would be within the reach of the applicant. I deal with many offices on a daily basis, unfortunately the Poviat Starosty in Gniezno is not a petitioner-friendly office, maybe it's time to reform the officials.

I judge through the prism of the Department of Communication ... When I was standing for 4 hours to re-register the car, I was composing the worst comments in my head, when I finally went inside I saw that it was not the fault of the people working there, I rate the work of the ladies and gentlemen at 5, no one lingered . It is the procedures that cause long queues, and people who collect numbers, then resigning from the visit, only in front of mine there were 5 empty - 2 minutes were expected for each. The location is poor for those arriving by car from outside the city. I did not receive a notification about the possibility of collecting a permanent registration certificate that had been in the office for two weeks. The system has failed.
