Very efficient, kind and quick customer service - heartfelt thanks on behalf of the sister who came especially from the UK to obtain a passport, because there were many problems with obtaining a passport.
There is no problem with the submission of the application or its receipt. Everything goes really fast, without long queues. It is also worth praising the fact that the organization of the office is at the highest level even during a pandemic, and officials are always on hand and always helpful.
Currently, it is possible to apply for a passport in Gniezno, to collect a passport, only by prior arrangement by phone.
I would like to thank the ladies from the office for the quick and positive resolution of my case.
