Thank you very much for help with loading, Mr. Andrzej and Mr. Patryk from the tool department and Mr. security guard. Great service! We recommend with all my heart, while a gentleman from the logistics department (young string) could learn a lot from his older colleagues in terms of culture and customer service ... completion of the contract (confirmation of receipt), I suggest (to the young string) start looking for a new job now because of acting to the disadvantage of Leroy Merlin in Inowrocław. This is what customers may be discouraged from buying in the said supermarket.
I hope that this information will reach people in the right positions :)
Deliveries and warehouse - less than zero ... Here at Leroy Inowroclaw - you are standing for over half a day (if you don't have a notification, you are not a contract one, etc.), so our adventure ended quickly as it started. A professional driver has been standing for over 9.5 hours waiting for the unloading of 20 pallets (...) A great plus and a tribute to you, the manager of this shift - she helped and accelerated the unloading ...
I am very positive and pleasantly surprised by the approach of Mr. Mikołaj from the tools department. Mr. Mikołaj helped me choose the tools for my husband and I'm sure it will be a great gift. Thank you very much for your help and I would definitely recommend it to other clients who are looking for an advisor and not a bench press seller.
