Unfortunately, after today's incident, I have to change my mind about this place. One of the sales girls is not nice. It was about the return of items purchased from them that were left after renovation. Despite the intact packaging, these things were not accepted because it turns out that according to their regulations, I have 7 days to do so. Only that the regulations are posted in such a place that if this barked employee did not show it to me in my life, I would not have guessed that it may be there, it is best to move it to the back room, it will be even more available. Zero information at the checkout that there is a 7-day return policy. And this lady saleswoman would be poured on the face with a wolf ticket for such behavior towards the customer, this is not the times of the Polish People's Republic, when the seller did not take the customer into account. I had a really good opinion about you, but after such behavior, following the words of the saleswoman, I will actually go to the competition or buy online. Keep doing this, you will share the fate of the foreman from Rampa Brzeska.
I do not know what is happening in this store, but the employees only do something at the cash registers, in the rest of the store you cannot ask anyone to, for example, weigh the screws (because only an employee can handle the cash register). If you ask someone where to look for something, no one knows, and then it turns out that the pegs for the agro-lintel are lying on the shelf between the toys for animals ... This is sick what is happening in this store, I left empty-handed 3 times and had to go to another store to buy what I need.

--- 1) Minus and a big minus. Few cash registers to pay for purchases. Sometimes the queue reaches halfway up the Ant. If it wasn't for the queue to pay, which are very often and onerous, it would be ok.
The service at the cash register is not nice. The cashier has warehouses in her head :-). She did not want to check if the goods we were buying were still in stock, one item was damaged. Not very nice and professional approach to the client.
