I am currently undergoing treatment, unfortunately for covid. But I know that the Doctor will help me cure myself of it. Thank you, you are a doctor with a great heart.

Dear Owners, At first I would like to congratulate the staff in the form of Doctor Wiadrowska. She is a doctor by calling. Few such today ... Now I will turn to the shortcomings ... Already twice during my visit for an allergy prescription, I caught a terrible infection, waiting in a cramped, unventilated waiting room with patients coughing and sneezing. Maybe it's worth thinking about separating infectious patients. Not every patient comes with the flu and it's probably better not to go out with it. It is also worth thinking about the form of controlling the patient's entry into the office. Often, when asking colleagues what time they are scheduled, suddenly several people say that the visit is, for example, at 15:00. Since patients are to make an appointment for a specific hour, I see no reason to spend a few hours in the waiting room. There are many simple methods to invite patients to the office in an orderly order without violating the GDPR. A doctor is also a human, you know ... she has a certain capacity at work. If it is still the case that patients from previous days or another doctor will be "squeezed in the meantime," the doctor may make the mistake of being overworked, stressed, out of time. Are you brave or reckless enough to risk your health or your life? Not to mention the health and working conditions of doctors ... Perhaps 1 and 1/4 of the doctor is not enough? Quite puzzling is the fact that in the treatment room there is one lady nurse who happens to run around the clinic not knowing what to put her hands in while meanwhile 3 Ladies are sitting in the registration ... With emphasis on "they sit" ... For the first time I meet with such a novelty that the doctor during the patient's visit checks in the system whether the patient is insured at all ... After all, in other outpatient clinics it is the responsibility of people working in registration. It is a fear to think that soon the doctor will not be forced to take over some of the duties of the lowest level employees ...

I do not recommend. Getting patient. Zero specific help. Shame.

The clinic is cozy, clean and what is important - you can always get through. Ladies in registration very nice, smiling. I highly recommend the physiotherapist Marzena Łatka and the psychologist and psychotherapist Ms Żaneta Brudkowska. They are attentive, insightful, very involved, they do not look at the watch. Their help is not limited to visits, because they remember their patient later.

Professional approach to the patient, very nice atmosphere. In a word, a revelation.
