The communications department is a bunch of idlers. From September 20, papers are placed in their funny urn. Today, on November 22, there is no appeal. Car exhibit in the yard without plates. On Friday, November 20, I was in the starosty. The clerks go from room to room, nothing is happening. Im playing it, there are no people, you can beat your head and take your salary and drink coffee.

I waited a month for the vehicle registrations. You throw the documents into the urn and wait, unable to move the vehicle because you do not have plates. It's difficult to do something there, especially in the Department of Communication, there are a lot of people sitting and only one person works and hence the queues. This applies to the entire eldership. Well-kept building from the outside.
