The village is nice, garden in the museum nice but inside was unkept! Broken chairs. The director was trying to appear kind but he was too lazy for the presentation. The place for barbecue dirrty, toilets too. Overall good but needs more effort this was their most famous writer's place.

Beautiful gem of a museum - great if you are a fan of Sienkiewicz’s writing. I am only just learning Polish but even without English explanations it was a wonderful find - and just round the corner from where my grandfather lived. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the grounds are refreshing.

Friday 4/09/2020 the museum should be open until 5 pm We waited from 3 pm for someone to show up. Closed, only the garden is open and no response from the staff. Nobody knows anything at a nearby school, but they gave a phone number. I call at 4 pm, you explain that the staff left earlier, because they are at a concert in ŁUKÓW, which they are co-organizing. Why lie? There was no concert that day in this city. I wouldn't even write an opinion if you honestly said: Friday, we left early because we had something urgent. The Lord invites you to the next day - such a beautiful place, but I will drive 150 km for the second time and maybe it will be closed again. Overall a failure and not okay.

Great place, we were on a bike trip. The youth was interested. Interesting exhibits in the museum and interestingly told. A place for a bonfire and great integration games. Only time passed so quickly and no one wanted to come back. I recommend

You will find there a lot of authentic memorabilia from the times of Henryk Sienkiewicz, unfortunately the manor has not survived, only the outbuilding, the birthplace of the writer, has remained.
