Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the services of Bart Box, at the beginning everyone is nice and when it comes to solving problems, it is much worse. We ordered a shower cubicle with assembly, and that's when the stairs began. Arranging the Lord from the assembly was already causing problems for the staff, after waiting about 2 weeks, a gentleman arrived who was surprised that he would also change the paddling pool, again no communication. The gentleman installed the cabin for us so that the door closed by itself because it was mounted crookedly and the water leaked while taking a shower. In general, the quality of the assembly left a lot to be desired, the tiles are mounted crookedly, the joint is badly applied, and the cabin, apart from obvious mistakes, is very sloppy. We asked to send a more competent man to improve the cabin because it all looked terrible. Unfortunately, the 3rd time the same Lord was sent, who corrected something, that finally the water did not spill onto the floor, but what he collapsed collapsed, I mean crookedly mounted tiles and a sloppy grout. I strongly advise against any contact with Bart Box, we only got our nerves instead of enjoying the new cabin. No professional approach to the client, no specialists, no communication, no taking responsibility when failing the case. I sincerely advise against.

Mega professional service. My wife and I were a bit lingering when choosing tiles, but Kasia served us with great calmness and patience :) A very large selection. In addition to Polish tiles, a lot of Spanish and Italian tiles. We recommend!

Unfortunately, the company is logistically located, there is no information about the delivery date, the driver calls that he is already arriving at the place. We had an appointment the day before. We ordered an expensive cabin with an assembly service - wounds, as I regret now. After the cabin was delivered, a "high-class" specialist appeared who did not receive any information about what to install ... Quoting the classic "You will be pleased ...". The first attempt ended in a total flop. The cabin is installed crookedly, the gaps between the gaskets are 3 cm. I call a specialist and ask how did such a disaster come about? You can put a finger in there! With the door closed! With disarming honesty, he said that if I did not like it, he would improve tomorrow. Well, he came the next day, parked in a different part of the driveway to mark his presence with another black stain of oil leaking from his vehicle. In the case of patches, the gaps were actually smaller, the door no longer tried to cut the limbs spontaneously, but there were clear scratches on the metal elements of the cabin structure ... I gave up, I have no strength for this company, Bartbox does not feel responsible, because they only hired this fitter. ... Eh ... it's a waste of words.

We used the services of Bart-Box and we are very pleased. We got a great project and we bought the tiles and arranged them by a Bart-Box tiler. Everything turned out as my wife dreamed :) I definitely recommend it
