On February 5, I called the facility trying to arrange the nearest possible date of the visit. Amiable lady said that, unfortunately, you have to wait a few days after which after my trials she said she would do anything to help me. She explained how it works for them that if someone gives up, he put me in the window, etc. Unfortunately, the visit could not be accelerated but I was pleasantly surprised that the lady called me, apologized and said that she was sorry but she can not do anything more. I remembered that it was called Ania J. (I'm sure I'm not). Professional approach . Thank you

Mega long waiting queues whether it's for nfz or luxmed. All tests between the test over 2 weeks of waiting and you have to do them 6 is how it will go, plus some slides that 4 months of testing ...

They have a lot of specialists, unfortunately the best ones include long waiting times for an appointment. Some pseudo-doctors should give up because they are unable to diagnose the patient and prescribe the wrong drugs that should be prescribed. It's hard to get through, the line is still busy. Perhaps a good solution would be to increase the staff for telephone registration. Very nice and helpful Mrs. Sylwia J. from registration. In turn one recorder from Htm looks as if she worked there as a punishment.

I am under the care of specialists from this clinic and I have no objections, maybe it is a question of the type of insurance package?
