It's just that the day the virus reached this facility turned workers into zombies. Any attempt at any kind of approach to car registration for the last 3 weeks (continuous busy phone) and the lack of places in the online registration is a total failure. I do not recommend heartily.

Opinion on the communications department In the period September-October, I had to do a few activities related to the registration and de-registration of cars. Taking into account the number of negative opinions about this COVID plowman department, I got my affairs there amazingly FAST and EFFICIENT. You read well, you don't have nystagmus :). It is worth noting here that he describes his case and my feelings and the pace of service could have been influenced by several factors: -I knew before that you should register via the net, not what some people wandering at the door. With the hope of admitting it :) - I had a complete set of documents (knowledge from the department) -paid by card. This is done at the communication desk, you don't have to wander around the whole flamingo and shorten the visit time. I arranged the activities related to the sale of the car via e-mail As for the staff I came into contact with, they were really ok. My visits were in the morning, maybe no one was there yet # $%! xD. If you are an employee of the communication department and you are reading this, do not think that I am praising you to the heavens here. You can ALWAYS improve something.

A pleasant surprise, the registration of the car was quickly taken over thanks to the professional approach of the gentleman in the small window next to the stairs, more such employees and that everything was ok.

The hour of waiting for entry for an annotation in the LPG voucher ended with informing that the system is down and nothing can be done. The only plus for diligent compliance with epidemiological guidelines by employees. Summing up the trip in vain.
