Dolistowo, a charming village on the Biebrza with a historic church, a stone belfry. In the church on the wooden ceiling beautiful paintings that scenes that of the Old and New Testaments. In the village of several agritourism farms that place for lovers of birds, the silence of endless views of Biebrza meadows, that of elk and migration of tens of thousands of birds in spring / autumn. A place worth visiting and staying for several days.

The construction of the present temple was undertaken by Izabela Branicka. In 1789, its full-time architect Jan Zschernig designed a classicist, aisle church, the shape of which was forced by the existing foundations. The temple was completed in 1791. Some of the equipment (including the main altar with a crucifix, baptismal font) was moved from the old church. In 1841, new organs were purchased, and next to the church, a two-story belfry was built of field stone.
