I will describe my unpleasant situation that happened to me in the laundry room. I bought a used wedding dress and was looking for a professional laundry. I didn't want to put it in the laundry room in the gallery because I was afraid it would be destroyed. I was supposed to pick up the dresses on August 28. I called in the morning that day and it turned out that a gentleman was on behalf of that he was sorry and that I should come on Monday. So good. I didn't have much time so I called on Tuesday to see if she was ready. The lady said that some wedding dresses were washed so I can drive up. It turned out that it is not ironed yet and I am due to come tomorrow. I don't live in Katowice and I traveled back and forth from another city every day after work. Another situation when I picked up the dress on Thursday and saw at home that the lace was peeled off at the top and torn on one side. I sent an email the same day with photos and there was silence from the laundry pages. I called on Saturday and my boss is away, he only has access to the mailbox. On Monday I wrote an email again and finally got a reply that they would contact me. The next day I received a call from the boss who said: strange that you did not see in the living room that it was broken only at home. Well, it's hard to browse every centimeter and take out dresses in the laundry, among other clothes. I also found out from the boss that I am already married, that he heard it in the laundry room. It's good to know someone knows better than I do when I'm getting married. He grace said that I should come and see her. I showed where it is broken and the boss said: oh my, such little things and the Lady described it in the e-mail as if the whole dress was broken! I paid 200 zlotys for a laundry and to hear such words from a person who runs his company is really not appropriate. Everything stretched from August 28 to September 11. It cost me additional stress before the wedding itself, so I gave anything back there for the last time and I will not recommend it to anyone. One more star for washing and that's just the only plus of this whole situation.

Full professionalism. A very pleasant surprise when after cleaning the baseball cap (which must not be washed or wet) it gets a snapback as if fresh from the factory. I highly recommend.
