Whatever it is, you can see it, but a lot is also being done to improve the quality of the services provided. Despite many patients, POZ tries to do what it can, it can be seen that they have their heads off in registration, but are trying to help. Unfortunately, to make a gem out of it, you need a lot of money. The problem with parking lots in the area, the hospital itself and the clinics do not have any separate places under the rock.
On Thursday I went with acute abdominal pain to SOR, the doctor said that I do not hurt so much HE KNOWS HE IS A SURGERY! he ordered to take painkillers and antispasmodics, examined ONLY by hand and diagnosed kidney stones. I was supposed to come back when it got worse, they didn't even take my data PATIENT WIDMO from me! In total, I was there maybe 5 minutes. Fortunately, the next day I went to my gynecologist and it turned out to be quite another acute inflammation of CRP 117! Fever almost 40C. I say NO to such feedback care
E Registration does not work. Telephone registration is practically impossible. Question - how can patients visit a surgery clinic who have mobility problems and live outside Katowice?
the locals are cool though they judge a man faster than they talk to him. Nurses for unpleasant nasty surgery scream at patients, they yank and she is even the one who can hit.
I recommend avoiding this hospital with a long bow !!!!
Is anyone here answering the phone? If you are not going to ask about something by phone, why do they give the number on their website !!!! Massacre. How long I have to wait!!!!
