Unfortunately, some people working there, I think they work there as a punishment because good contact with the client exceeds their capabilities, and finally if someone is inquisitive, he will get an answer. Phone calls are the biggest tragedy! I have tried dozens of times on different numbers - no one has ever answered and this fact catastrophically indicates an approach to people wanting to do the matter remotely. You have to bother yourself with every smallest question in the center of Katowice because you can't get the simplest answer by phone, because nobody answers it.
