Nobody picks up the worst helpline
I have been listening to Ivona's voice and the irritating melody for over 40 minutes ... Why give a phone call if nobody answers it? 🙄
A new level of rudeness is determined by these "services". You can't get through for 3 days, they are so insolent that they can switch the phone between themselves to an intern who will not know how to help. DEFEAT!!!
