It looks very nice in the evening.
Long wait in the office's office. For no reason. A dozen people in the queue. Waste of time.
Friendly service, help in the event of a problem in completing the formalities, Ladies smiling despite the rush of matters and the heat outside as well as noise (I waited a while and a small child in the stroller was crying and the mother did not react just talking on the phone)
Long queues
An exceptionally positive impression. I met several officials there and almost everyone was very kind and competent. It is a nice feeling when a man in his city is not afraid and does not dislike going to the office
It also looks very good, and the queues usually discharge quite quickly.
From the outside you could probably get even better and make the House of Press more beautiful, but really, we have bigger problems in Katowice, there is nothing to complain about.
