The management of the store is very dishonest, some time ago my wife and I bought panels and it turned out that the panels had numerous shortcomings in the pattern. The returns in this store are a very relative thing because we were treated like idiots who came to "complain". The management did not even deign to explain the problem personally, and they sent us a letter refusing to accept the return. Incredibly, such things happen many years after the fall of communism, shame!
A very arrogant and insolent panel man, he promised a different amount than in reality. The panels were of the wrong shade! The boss should consider who he is taking for such positions, when it used to be a much better store ... today it's a total bottom !!!
I have been cooperating with the Tęcza shop in Kłodzko for several years on renovation works in the hotel. I recommend the store because of the very professional service and very good quality of the goods. Employees can always advise if they do not order any goods and even bring them to Bystrzyca Kłodzka so that it can be picked up more closely. The owner, Mr. Piotr, in a difficult time for us, which was the time of the pandemic for the hotel industry, showed understanding and agreed to extend the payment. I am sure that I will be making purchases in this store for many years to come

A very nice shop. Employees are happy to advise and help in the selection of materials. You can do renovation in one place, because in this store you can buy everything for your home. I am very pleased with the purchases in this place and recommend it to anyone. Lots of choice - good prices!
