A visit to an Orthopedist from Luxmed. I have an appointment at 5:30 pm. I come, and in front of the office there are 12 people waiting for an appointment. Each of them had an appointment before 5:30 pm. The front desk lady explained that the doctor was delayed. We are in a pandemic time, such a center should and must follow sanitary rigor. My visit will be over an hour late. Nobody from the center did not deign to call the doctor, apparently, was delayed. Everyone was waiting for the visit, exposing themselves to the potential COVID infection !!!! in the era of SMS e-mail calls, no one from BH Med deigns to organize the admission of patients in a safe way. Not to mention precious time. Total arrogance of the doctor and the center towards the patient !!!!! Older people present in the corridor said that this is the case every time. Everyone is afraid and the resort takes advantage of it. A modern center and the system and organization of work with the People's Republic of Poland !!!

This clinic is a failure .. Starting with registration, where calling is almost a miracle, and when it succeeds, "please wait a moment" and sometimes even 10 minutes .. or information that there is no place for a doctor in a given week, please call on Monday. Well, surely, when a sick person or something hurts him, he can wait a week ... Another thing is the eternal problems with appointments on time. It never worked here, it doesn't work and it will stay that way. It is strange that the boss is not trying to do anything to make the situation improve, which is best reflected in the negative comments ...

Total failure and lack of organization. An appointment at the doctor's office is scheduled for an evening hour. I come and there are 20 people in the queue, on chairs one by one, where some sanitary standards are maintained? Reception closed, only the cleaning lady points her finger at the party room. I come 10 minutes before the visit, and then I find out that there are people from even earlier hours waiting. As for sanitary standards, you must report it to the Sanepidu ...

Occupational medicine is a failure here ... I know it's a bit of the system's fault, but other clinics don't have such a problem. You have an appointment for 6 am, 15 minutes early because covid, pandemic etc. And what? There is a queue of a dozen or so people in front of the building ... you are 31. At 6 am the clinic opens, you wait about half an hour to enter the clinic. You enter, fill out a coronavirus survey, take your temperature and invite you to the Registration line, where you theoretically already have an appointment to see a doctor. The queue for registration is another waiting of about 40 minutes. You learn that you have to skip a few doctors in several offices, visiting them in the correct order. It is 8 o'clock, you are standing in a huge line to the ophthalmologist, everyone for occupational medicine examinations. In the meantime, planned patients begin to come. Effect? 2.5 hours of waiting to office No. 1. It was fast, 10 minutes, to the second office. The last clinic is already issuing a certificate, you enter according to the numbers from the morning line from the clinic ... Effect? 1.5 hours of waiting to office no. 3. Noting that others have definitely more surgeries to pass (referral requirements). Eventually, after 6 hours, you leave as a dog with the certificate you dreamed of in the morning. DEFEAT
